All the Itinararies and trekking routes operated by Adventure 14 Peaks have been fully developed with the support of our guides. We constantly search and explore new trekking routes across the country to let our clients experience spectacular beauty and culture. Each adventure tour itinerary has been properly evaluated and verified as per the trails feasibility, attractiveness, lodge facility, security, distance coverage and walking hours in order to be able to give our clients as much a true description of about the programs. When we develop a new trekking route, we thoroughly and constantly check the itinerary through our guides’ trip reports. If we identify a problem in any of the newly developed routes, we immediately modify our itinerary in order to ensure a complete safety to our clients. We generally avoid taking our clients to those areas that have been over-exploited. Or, if we happen to operate the trips, we will do it in such a way that help to minimize the contact with the crowds of the tourists and allow our clients to experience more authentically and promote a positive cultural exchange with local people and environment of Nepal.
Adventure 14 Peaks is greatly concerned with health and safety of our clients as well as team. All our outdoor staff members are well insured. Considering health and safety of our clients, we stress priority to hygienic food to high altitude sickness remedy; from preliminary medical emarjency oxizens treatment to helicopter rescue. Terms-Conditions of Adventure 14 peaks
1. THE CONTRACT:
Please go through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Adventure 14 peaks Nepal (P) Limited (hereinafter referred as "The Company"), Registered Company Number : 77506/067/068 Please note that while booking a trip, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. Both parties agree to these Terms and Conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.
2. BOOKING A TRIP:
A trip refers to any products itinerary or activities that you buy with us including Trekking , peak climbing , Tours, mountaineering Expeditions, and/or other adventure and tour programmes of your ( clients) interest A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company sends a confirmation invoice It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.
3. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
(a) for Nepal Trekking and Tours :at the booking time you will have to make a deposit of 15% of trip cost at the time of booking the trip. Belance payment amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu and before the trip departure full payment of the trip has to be made
For Mountains expedition above 6500m in Nepal : at the booking time 15% of Total expedition cost need to deposit to confirm booking and 1 months before expedition departure date 50% payment has to be made Rest of the belance payment have to be clear before the expedition departure from Kathmandu.
(b) India/Tibet/ Bhutan Trips:
At time of booking a deposit of 20% is due along with due airfares (if client wants the company to arrange it) before 21 days of trip departure. If you're booking 15 days or less prior to departure, full payment have to be deposit at the booking time

Please note that we are not liable of any delay or loss during the transfer process. If in case due to use of mediator bank or any other reasons if the money received by us is less than the amount sent, you are requested pay accordingly so that the total is equivalent to the product cost.

5. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable.Or if you pospond the trip there is no charge for pospond trip
If by the client cancel the trip
The cancellation charges are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price
Cancellation 60 days or more before departure:only 10% charges
Cancellation -21 days before departure: 15% of cost of services booked.
Cancellation less than 10 days before departure: 20% of cost of services booked.
Please note that no refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized
6. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE COMPANY:
The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked unless guaranteed to run ADVENTURE 14 PEAKS reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control (i.e. due to natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, , government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences. In such a case, ADVENTURE 14 PEAKS will refund only service not utilize cost – service used by the clients will not refund entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value.& pospond trip for next time
7. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Company must be notified in writing at the time of booking , Some trips may be unsuitable for Clients due to age, mobility, pagnancy physical or mental conditions. It is the Client's responsibility to check prior to booking. The Company is not required to provide any special facilities unless it has agreed to do so in writing. The Company will do its best to meet Clients special requests including dietary, but such requests do not form part of the Contract and therefore the Company is not liable for not providing these requests.Medical facilities vary from country to country and the Company makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.
8.TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and personal liability. The Company also recommends it covers trip cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by the company employees or suppliers. The company .request to leave photo copy of your valid travel insurance with Adventure 14 peaks along with one of your family member's cantact deatils home Address we do it all for your safety.
9. FLIGHT DELAYS AND CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:
Please note that trekking and mountain climbing in everest region the lukla domestic flight is depands on wheather sometime it can be Bad weather in mountain regions can cause domestic flight delays or cancel . In case of delayed or cancel domestic flight client is responsible to bear all additional expenses including fooding and accommodation costs your personal expenses before or after trip. However Adventure 14 peaks will take responsibility all other arrangements as per the schedule and guide and other staffs extra expenses incase of delay or cancel the flight . If you wish to make an alternative arrangements such as Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays, all additional cost would be your(clients) responsibility , Adventure 14 peaks does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result international flight missed but we assistance to make alternative arrangements wherever possible.we recommend always keep some extra time when you trek and climbing in Himalayas and make sure your intnernational flight ticket is flexible date ,also note that while on the Trip we may have to make sometime changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen reasons like landslide or Natural Disaster or bad wheather or health condition
11. VISA & PASSPORT:
You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling with Adventure 14 peaks . Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. Nepal Visa is available on arrival in Nepal. For Tibet & Bhutan, the company can make necessary arrangements upon request. For India, the client will have to acquire the Visa from their own home country.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for the countries you are traveling to. Adventure 14 peaks cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country or places because you lack the incorrect visa documentation.
12. INJURIES AND EVACUATION:
Adventure 14 peaks Company would not be liable for any injury/health conditions/emotional or other conditions suffered by the client during the trip. Similarly, our package cost does not include any personal insurance. Hence, we advise the clients to take adequate insurance packages, including medical emergencies and evacuation by Helicopter.ect
